Include your Soulquest account email or username, device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Before contacting support, these basic checks solve most common issues.

If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the correct email address and use the password reset option from the login screen.
If profile photos or updates are not appearing, check your connection, reopen the app, and try the upload or save again.
If community activity, notifications, or chat are not refreshing, fully close the app, reopen it, and return to the affected screen.
If the issue continues, email support with the steps you took and include a screenshot if available.

Soulquest supports in-app account deletion and manual help if you cannot access the app.

To submit an in-app deletion request, open Soulquest and go to Account > Delete Account.
If you cannot access the app, email support and include the email address or username associated with your account.
If you are locked out, contact us from the email address linked to the account whenever possible.
